What payment method do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

 

Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items?

No. You can pay through MasterCard or Visa through Paypal without signing up for a Paypal account.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide. 

 

How much is shipping cost?

Singapore : We offer free delivery island wide within Singapore for order above $50. A $6 delivery charge will be applied for order that is less than $50.

International : Shipping charges will be calculated after you have selected the items you would like to purchase and entered your delivery address; before check-out, charges are calculated by products's weight and delivery location.

 

How many days will shipping take?

Singapore : 2-7 business days
International : 1-3 weeks

 

When do you pack and ship my order?

We pack and ship out your orders one to two working days after receiving payment confirmation from Paypal. All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse. Our office operates from Monday to Friday, 9am -6pm Singapore time. All orders require signature. Please ensure that there is someone who can sign for the receipt of order at the specified delivery address.

 

Am I able to track my order?

Singapore: No. There is no tracking number given.
International: Yes. All orders will be sent by courier and the tracking number can be sent to your email account for reference upon request.

 

How can I make changes to my order after order confirmation?

You are not able to alter your purchase once it is enter into our system upon order confirmation. However, you can email us at contact@institutesthederm.sg

to request for changes. If your order has not been process, we will make the necessary changes for you.

 

Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

As your order is processed immediately, you will not be able to cancel it once you have confirmed payment.

 

What if I receive an incorrect/incomplete order?

We will always check the condition of the items before packing and deliver them to you. However, if you did not received your order in the expected conditions – defective/incorrect/missing item, please contact us via 'Contact Us' form on our website, or alternatively, email us at contact@institutesthederm.sg within 7 days upon receiving your order, and we will arrange for a refund of the item, via store credit, which will be emailed to you upon approval and receiving the incorrect item back to us.

Can I do an exchange for item(s)?

No. All products sold online are strictly non-exchangeable. For items delivered that are defective or incorrect from the order, we will review on case-by-case basis and arrange for a refund via store credit upon approval.

What is the return and refund policy?

We'll always try to make sure that items delivered to you are of a good condition and correct. However, the following types of items can be put up for return and refund request:

Defective item
Incorrect item from the initial order
Expired item
Missing item

If you received any of the above items, please contact our customer service within 7 days upon receiving of your order, subjected to the following terms and conditions:

Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging of each item must remains unopened and not defaced in any manner. 
Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be returned as a whole set.
Orders made with promotional codes and sales items are non-returnable/or non-refundable, will not be accepted in our return and refund policy.
All return requests have to go though our customer service and the requests will be reviewed by Institutesthederm.sg, subjected to approval.
All successful cases will be refunded with store credit as a credit use for future purchases.
